HISTORY
Pinetop Custom Homes has been building homes along with relationships in the McCall and surrounding areas from the fall of 2004. Since the onset of the company Pinetop has built more than 30 quality custom homes with that number consistently growing every year. In addition, Pinetop has held a public works license since 2007 and has completed numerous commercial concrete projects.

Dusty and Elise Bitton
Owners (Contractor and Interior Finishes)
Dusty Bitton is an Idaho native originally from the Sawtooth Mountain region of Stanley, Idaho. Prior to his move to McCall in 2004 he attended Arizona State University where he majored in Construction Management at the Del E. Webb School of Construction.
He has been working in the construction industry for over 14 years. Before pursuing his own business, he gained knowledge and experience by working for large corporations such as Rummel Construction and US Home where he was an onsite superintendent.
Elise is an Arizona native who met Dusty while also attending Arizona State University where she majored in Psychology. She has had a real estate license and been involved in the construction industry since 2005. She has a love for interiors and helps clients through their interior selections process. Additionally, she puts together the interior finish schedule and oversees product installation.
The latest addition to the Bitton family is Dempsy Bitton, born Dec. 29, 2011. Dempsy is a pure joy in their lives and they are loving their new adventure in parenthood.
Steve Williams
Marketing Director
Steve grew up in a small lake town in Illinois and attended Southern Illinois University where he received a degree in Business. Upon graduation he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. After a satisfying business career throughout California, the Pacific Northwest, and Boise he is happy to have landed in the spectacular mountain paradise of McCall, Idaho.
Steve Williams was brought on in 2011 to help maintain and build long lasting relationships with the people Pinetop works with. Whether it be their clients, suppliers, or members of the community, Pinetop strives to be the best and provide ultimate customer satisfaction. Due to this fact Steve says “the product sells itself because we work hard to deliver on promises that ultimately create fans and referrals”. None the less Pinetop continues to invest in the future through marketing efforts and involvement in civic groups such as the Chamber of Commerce as well as Real Estate, Architectural, and Development industries. Pinetop’s marketing plan entails branding Pinetop Custom Homes as the premier Valley County builder of choice. Wes Hardin
Controller/CFO
Wes was born in Missoula, Montana and grew up in Duluth, Minnesota. He then eventually ended up in Spokane, Washington where he called home. He served four years in the United States Coast Guard and was honorably discharged after his enlistment. He then went on to earn a degree in business with an accounting major from City University in Spokane.
Wes has worked as an accountant in the building industry for many years. He was very familiar with McCall because he had worked for a large Boise developer who was responsible for the Spring Mountain Ranch development in McCall. During his visits to the job sites during the community’s development he became very fond of the area. The incredible growth experienced in Valley County during the Tamarack boom gave him an opportunity to relocate to the area.
He was hired by Pinetop Custom Homes in 2011 to perform all accounting functions and to help implement new cost reporting systems and streamline the administrative process. Wes works with all Pinetop clients to initially draft construction contracts, and during the construction process he provides monthly draw requests and any change order documents. He works with Pinetop management to continually improve the administrative aspect of the business.
Darick Heimgartner
Superintendent
Darick graduated from North Idaho’s College of Carpentry program. His experience of being a contractor for over the last 13 years provides Pinetop with great leadership. Darick is very passionate about his work and takes pride in being a part of Pinetop Custom Homes.
Darick is the father of 2 beautiful girls and has lived in McCall for the past 7 years. Aside from working he enjoys spending time with his girls camping, 4-wheeling, and hunting.
