Pinetop Custom Homes was referred to us through a previous customer of theirs. I now have, and will continue to, refer Pinetop to my friends and family with complete confidence. Dusty builds homes fast and efficiently which is very important in an area with a shorter building season. Their price is very reasonable in what can be an expensive area to build in. Dusty's bid for our project was literally $100,000.00 less then the other builder who bid on our cabin. Although the price is reasonable, the quality is second to none. When we decided to sell our cabin, it sold 'sight unseen' through word of mouth from the buyers' realtor and Cascade Vacation Rentals telling the buyer how beautiful our cabin was. That is a testament to the quality of home that Pinetop Custom Homes builds, their homes speak for themselves. Dusty and Elise pride themselves on making their customers happy and it shows. They went out of their way time and time again to make even their most difficult customers (me) happy. Even though our cabin was tiny in comparison to some of their other projects, we always felt like their most important client. Building a cabin near Donnelly involved what seemed like 1,000 different decisions. The best decision we made was hiring Pinetop Custom Homes and they will be our builder for life.

As a home builder for the second time, I had many preconceived (and negative) ideas to how the process was going to go…even though I had the utmost confidence in choosing Dusty. Considering this is going to be the house I retire in, I was very critical in making my choice.

I had met with Dusty several times before choosing him as my builder, and each time I came away with impressions of sincerity, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to get things done.
